This article is Dedicated to the many thousands and perhaps millions of people looking for a way to make money online. Internet Marketing has become the number one search by people all over the world looking to create a home based business. Statistics show that at least 95% of start up home based businesses fail within the first few months. Even with those staggering statistics, how to make money online still has the allure because the Internet is creating millionaires daily.

Internet Marketing, home based business, and how to make money online have dominated the internet over the past few years. I just did a Google search on Make Money Online and the results showed 189,000,000 websites related to those keywords. Absolutely Incredible!

So how is it that a new person to the Internet looking to make money online is supposed to decipher all this information? This is the $10 Million Dollar question! I, like most of us who have dedicated ourselves to making money online, have all gone through similar heart wrenching trials. Many websites relating to Internet Marketing even have dispelled this heartache on their sales pages.

Now, I’m not writing this to discourage the new person, instead, I am writing this in an attempt to help you make the search more painless and less time consuming, which is one of the key factors in failure. Most Internet Marketing and home based business opportunities leave you, well suffice to say, looking for more answers, requiring you to spend more money… now that you have this, you need to get this to put it all together, Hog Wash!

Many of these so called “Gurus” keep you in this loop because that is exactly how they became millionaires! It’s like the doctor who prescribes drugs to address the symptoms you are having instead of addressing the cause of the illness, which in most cases is self induced, but that’s a topic for another discussion.

So where do you begin searching for and Internet Marketing Business, Home Based Business, and a way to make money online? There are many factors one needs to consider before deciding to join or sign up to any opportunity and I’ll list some of the most important things you should look for. 
#1. Are the people REAL People, and not some guru, boasting about his millions
#2. Does the site give you a sense of that they’re not trying to beat you over the head to join 
#3. After you optin, are you able to contact the person that sent you to the site 
#4. Is the site a highly converting site that offers a REAL VALUE and/or over delivers on what they promise 
#5. Is the product or service in high demand and will it continue to be in demand for years to come 
#6. Can I feel good about telling my friends and family about it without trying to recruit them

When I started looking for a way to make money online, I was so naive that I didn’t even Google the opportunity or the name of the owner of the site, that’s how green I was. When I started using Google to find out what was being said about a company, I found that so many sites that come up on the search, are sites that paid for those spots on the search results, so I found that was not a good indicator. Alexa Ratings are pretty good indicators, but just in reference to the amount of traffic a particular site is getting.

Pyxism, what is it this you’re probably asking yourself? Well it’s still relatively unknown, in fact less that 1000 people know about this company to date!
What that means is getting in now is like getting in at the beginning of Microsoft……where would you be today had you become involved with or bought stock in its conception?
I’m not saying that Pyxism will become another Microsoft….but Perhaps the Likes of Yahoo? Or even Google?…Possibilities are always just that!
So let me tell you a bit of what it is and then you’ll know what it is not! Pyxism is derived from two words as owner Lloyd Wilson describes. He, being a sailor at heart and a star gazer, knew about the constellation Pyxis as it relates to navigation by stars and has always been a big believer in charting your true course with like a compass! Combine That with Ism, which is the belief of….something…then you have the belief of the Compass and Charting a True Course with Precision.
Lloyd believes that through proper Charting and Mapping out your Life your Business, your Goals and your Dreams that you will have a better chance of hitting your goal, your Destination! Hence his Business Pyxism! Wilson, coming from the Travel Industry with a previous Company as a minority owner believed that the path that company was going was against his core belief of Focusing on Creating and Building Strong Teams that would and could stay together and mutually benefit everybody in the team and encourage true team work! He set out to develop a Company whose core value was exactly that and worked on perfecting a highly effective Network Compensation Structure Surrounded around a True Follow Me Non splitting 2 x 3 Matrix. These Matrix Type compensation structures have been proven to be highly effective in creating a large incomes and build a quick residual income as well, so it was a natural to use this type of compensation structure for his business.
The Matrix Lloyd developed for Pyxism is ingenious and fills with just 15 people. The first matrix is called the Compass Matrix, and when you join the business you come in at the top. Then you get 2 people who (falling on the second level) each get 2 people (falling on the third level) and now there’s four, who get 2 each (falling on the 4th level) and now there’s eight. Voila, the matrix is filled, you cycle out of the top and then the 2 people below you, now have to accomplish the same thing by filling in one more row for them to cycle out and so on and so on.
So now you have cycled out of the first Matrix, The Compass, you automatically get entered in the second Matrix, the Horizon Matrix which works just like the first one. Meanwhile you have earned $300 in cash and $300 in Travel Certificates that you must use for taking vacations…accumulating these for larger vacations and more expensive packages as we’ll go over in just a bit here. Now to get Entered in the first Matrix again, for the second time, you give up the $300 cash and re-enter, but this time when you cycle out again by filling the matrix with either new people or your people that were on your original Matrix cycling out of theirs or any combination thereof, you receive $1250 in cash and another $300 Travel Certificate to add to the first one. This will occur over and over again, by just simply giving up the first $300 cash and re-entering the Compass Matrix the second time and every other time after that. So the second cycle out of the compass pays you $1250 + $300 in Travel Certificates and the third time, the fourth time and over and over again indefinitely giving you the ability to keep recruiting people and others on your matrix also recruiting people working together to fill the board if you will with 14 people under each of each other…over and over again to fill it faster and cycle faster each time.
Now let’s not forget the Horizon Matrix. There, if you remember, you entered after cycling out of the Compass Matrix the first time and there you don’t recruit people to fill that board, you just wait for the people in your first board to cycle out themselves thereby filling this Horizon Board with 15 people total or 14 under you that follow you over and then you get paid $8,000 in cash and $1000 in Travel Certificates. Then you re-enter automatically and start over and over again earning $8,000 Cash and $1,000 in Travel Certificates over and over again each time you fill the boards and cycle out.
So you can see how quickly your Travel Certificates will add up not to mention the $1250 and the $8,000 over and over again. Then there are the bonuses. Here’s the icing on the cake. For every person you personally sponsor who Exits the Horizon Board after you, you also get a $1000 Sponsor Bonus and $1000 goes to your Sponsor for a Sponsors Sponsors Bonus.
This creates true team work because now you have people working two levels up helping to fill the matrices with as many people as possible as quickly as possible to increase the speed of the cycles and the bonuses. So if you have 4 people cycling out of the Horizon board that an additional $4000 to you. When they have 2 people each, that’s a total of 8 under you that’s another $8,000 to you making it $12,000 per your team’s cycle and $8,000 for your cycle.
This just keeps growing and growing and building and building to infinity. Now if you weren’t sitting down before, I bet your are now…maybe even shrugging your head saying to yourself…wait…did I read that right?…..Go back and read it again! Yes you read that right…this becomes a cash machine that is virtually unstoppable, giving you the money, the travel Certificates to take advantage of Traveling the World In Class Like the Rich and famous do and make the kind of money the Rich and Famous Make!
Imagine cycling with the example above once a month….that’s $1250 (Compass Board) + 8,000 (Horizon Board) + $4,000 (Sponsors Bonus) + $8,000 (Sponsors Sponsors Bonus), that’s $21,250 per cycle per position! Wait Per Position you say? Yes and that’s with only 4 personally sponsored who have 2 each…so when that grows to 4 each that will be 16K in sponsor sponsors bonus + your $12K and now you’re at $28K. Add a second position and you’re at $56K a third and you’re at $84K…..all fro m a team of 4 who follow your footsteps and each get 4.
So Imagine a Strong Marketer who goes to work and sponsors 10 people who only get 2 each?
Or 10 who get 5 each….yes my friends what you have here is a veritable Cash Machine that will Make Multi Millionaires out of Average People Like You and Me! The sooner you get in the bigger your down line will be and the more advantage you’ll have by getting in at the Beginning of what many of us believe will be the Next Giant in the Internet Travel Business.
