A Must Read For The New Internet Marketer, Shortcut to Success

This article is Dedicated to the many thousands and perhaps millions of people looking for a way to make money online. Internet Marketing has become the number one search by people all over the world looking to create a home based business. Statistics show that at least 95% of start up home based businesses fail within the first few months. Even with those staggering statistics, how to make money online still has the allure because the Internet is creating millionaires daily.

Internet Marketing, home based business, and how to make money online have dominated the internet over the past few years. I just did a Google search on Make Money Online and the results showed 189,000,000 websites related to those keywords. Absolutely Incredible!

So how is it that a new person to the Internet looking to make money online is supposed to decipher all this information? This is the $10 Million Dollar question! I, like most of us who have dedicated ourselves to making money online, have all gone through similar heart wrenching trials. Many websites relating to Internet Marketing even have dispelled this heartache on their sales pages.

Now, I’m not writing this to discourage the new person, instead, I am writing this in an attempt to help you make the search more painless and less time consuming, which is one of the key factors in failure. Most Internet Marketing and home based business opportunities leave you, well suffice to say, looking for more answers, requiring you to spend more money… now that you have this, you need to get this to put it all together, Hog Wash!

Many of these so called “Gurus” keep you in this loop because that is exactly how they became millionaires! It’s like the doctor who prescribes drugs to address the symptoms you are having instead of addressing the cause of the illness, which in most cases is self induced, but that’s a topic for another discussion.

So where do you begin searching for and Internet Marketing Business, Home Based Business, and a way to make money online? There are many factors one needs to consider before deciding to join or sign up to any opportunity and I’ll list some of the most important things you should look for. 
#1. Are the people REAL People, and not some guru, boasting about his millions
#2. Does the site give you a sense of that they’re not trying to beat you over the head to join 
#3. After you optin, are you able to contact the person that sent you to the site 
#4. Is the site a highly converting site that offers a REAL VALUE and/or over delivers on what they promise 
#5. Is the product or service in high demand and will it continue to be in demand for years to come 
#6. Can I feel good about telling my friends and family about it without trying to recruit them

When I started looking for a way to make money online, I was so naive that I didn’t even Google the opportunity or the name of the owner of the site, that’s how green I was. When I started using Google to find out what was being said about a company, I found that so many sites that come up on the search, are sites that paid for those spots on the search results, so I found that was not a good indicator. Alexa Ratings are pretty good indicators, but just in reference to the amount of traffic a particular site is getting.
